Here's everything I need from you.
The more detail you share, the better I can bring your cookie vision to life. Here's a guide to what to include when you reach out.
The occasion
Tell me what you're celebrating. Is it a birthday, wedding, baby shower, graduation, anniversary, or just a sweet treat for yourself? Knowing the occasion helps me tailor the design and feel of your cookie set.
The more specific, the better — "my daughter's 7th birthday with a unicorn theme" is much more helpful than "birthday cookies".
Design & colors
Share any design ideas, color palettes, themes, or inspiration images you have. You can describe it in words or send photos — anything that helps me understand the look you're going for.
Pinterest boards and Instagram saves are always welcome!
Cookie shapes
Let me know if you have specific shapes in mind — flowers, letters, animals, custom silhouettes. I work with a wide range of cutters and can often source custom shapes for special requests.
Not sure on shapes? I'm happy to suggest options that work beautifully with your theme.
Quantity
How many cookies do you need?
For events, it's always better to order slightly more than you think you'll need.
Your timeline
When do you need the order by? I prefer a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for most orders.
Popular dates (holidays, graduation season, summer weekends) fill up fast — book early!
Dietary needs
Please let me know about any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements — gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, etc. I can not accommodate to dietary needs.
Even if it's a mild preference rather than an allergy, it's worth mentioning.
A note on pricing
Every set is custom, so pricing varies based on quantity, design complexity, and any special requests. I'll always provide a full quote before you commit to anything. No surprises.
